(대전=연합뉴스) 이은중 기자 = 전국철도노조는 7일 코레일이 파업종료 이후 열차 정상화보다는 노조 탄압과 노조원 길들이기에 몰두하고 있다고 주장했다.
노조는 이날 낸 보도자료에서 미숙련 외부 대체근무자를 3일 교육해 현장에 투입했던 철도공사가 업무에 복귀한 조합원들에게는 심리안정기간과 안전직무교육 등을 내세우며 현장에 투입하지 않고 열차 정상화를 지연시키고 있다는 것이다.
노조는 "2009년 8일간 파업한 이후 이틀 만에 열차운행을 정상화했는데 (파업이 끝나고 보름이 지난) 오는 14일까지 KTX, 일반열차, 화물열차를 정상화하겠다는 것은 상식적으로 이해하기 어렵다"고 밝혔다.
파업 기간에 뽑은 대체인력이 공채에 응시할 경우 가산점을 주는 것과 관련, "이는 법적 시비 문제가 있고 파업이 철회된 상황에서도 대체인력을 유지하는 것은 불법의 소지가 다분하다"고 주장했다.
임금협상과 관련해서는 "단체협약에 따라 노사간 자율 교섭과 합의로 결정되는 것이지 일방적으로 회사의 안으로 결정될 수 없다"며 "노사간 합의가 없는 상황에서 사측의 방침대로 자동으로 동결됐다는 것은 있을 수 없는 일"이라고 반박했다.
이는 공기업 경영진이 악의적으로 노사간 임금 합의를 하지 않을 때 모든 공기업의 임금이 동결될 수밖에 없다는 논리라는 것이다.
